Joint Secretary Empanelment – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | Five officers of the 1990 batch of Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS) have been empanelled for holding the posts of Joint Secretary or equivalent at the Centre with Prakash Agarwala IOFS , Rajeev Sharma IOFS , Satyabrata Mukherjee IOFS , Sanjay Srivastava IOFS  and Arti C Srivastava IOFS making the initial list.
