- Shri Satyabrata Sahu IAS (1991) presently Principal Secretary- Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Department given additional charge of Principal Secretary- School & Mass Education Department in addition to his own duties .
- Shri Surendra Kumar IAS (1993) presently Principal Secretary- Water Resources Department transferred as Principal Secretary- Steel & Mines Department , also holding additional charge of Chairman- Cuttack Development Authority.
