Indian Bureaucracy, Chandigarh, November 27, 2024| The Haryana Government has ordered the transfer of five senior IAS officers, the reshuffle includes appointments to the roles of Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Commissioner and Secretary for the Development and Panchayats Department, Managing Director of Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd., Director General and Secretary of Social Justice and Empowerment, and Deputy Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Shri Arun Kumar Gupta IAS (Haryana 1992), presently Additional Chief Secretary – Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, and Additional Chief Secretary – Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana, is transferred and appointed as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana.
Shri Amit Kumar Agrawal IAS (Haryana 2003), presently Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana; Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates Programme; Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd.; and Commissioner & Secretary, Haryana, Development & Panchayats Department, is transferred and appointed as, Commissioner & Secretary – Development & Panchayats Department and Managing Director – Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd.
Smt Ashima Brar IAS (Haryana 2004), presently Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana; Director General, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA), Haryana; and Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, is transferred and appointed as, Director General – SEWA, and Secretary – SEWA Department, Haryana.
Shri Saket Kumar IAS (Haryana 2005), presently Managing Director, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd.; Director General, Medical Education & Research, Haryana; and Secretary, Medical Education & Research Department and Energy Department, is transferred and appointed as, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana, relieving Shri Amit Kumar Agrawal IAS (Haryana 2003) of the charge.
Shri Yash Pal IAS (Haryana 2011), presently serving as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana; Special Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department; Mission Director, State Urban Livelihood Mission and State Urban Development Authority; Director, Consolidation of Land Holdings & Land Records; Special Officer (HQ) & Special LAO, Haryana; and Special Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana.
