Major Bureaucratic reshuffle in Haryana, 26 IAS Officers transferred

Khattar Govt Transfers 26 IAS Officers in Haryana Bureaucracy | In a major administrative move ahead of the upcoming general elections, the Manohar Lal Khattar Government of Haryana, transferred 26 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. The officers, spanning various batches from 1990 to 2017, have been reassigned to key positions across the state. Noteworthy among the transfers are seven senior bureaucrats of Additional Chief Secretary rank.

1. Sudhir Rajpal IAS (Haryana 1990), currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary of three departments of Haryana namely, School Education Department, Civil Aviation Department, and Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department, has been reassigned. He is now the Additional Chief Secretary in charge of the Health & Family Welfare Department and the Civil Aviation Department.
2. Ankur Gupta IAS (Haryana 1990), currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary of two departments of Animal Husbandry & Dairying and Department of Fisheries of the state, has been reassigned to role of Additional Chief Secretary Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and continues with Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department.
3. Anand Mohan Sharan IAS (Haryana 1990), currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary of three departments of Haryana namely, Industries & Commerce, IT and  Electronics & Communication and Higher Education has been reassigned to a new portfolio as Additional Chief Secretary – Environment, Forests & Wildlife Department, Haryana.
4. Vineet Garg IAS (Haryana 1991), currently Additional Chief Secretary Environment, Forests, and Wildlife Department of Haryana is transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary Higher Education Department, Haryana.
5. Shrikant Walgad IAS (1991), previously awaiting posting orders, has now been posted and transferred as  Additional Chief Secretary Fisheries Department, Haryana.
6. G Anupama IAS (Haryana 1991), presently posted as Chief Administrator of the Trade Fair Authority of Haryana in New Delhi and holds the position of Additional Chief Secretary of Health & Family Welfare Department of Haryana, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary of School Education Department of Haryana while continuing with her role as Chief Administrator at the Trade Fair Authority of Haryana in New Delhi.
7. Arun Kumar Gupta IAS (Haryana 1992), currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary of two departments namely Haryana Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, and Mines & Geology Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary of Haryana Industries & Commerce Department and continues with his current role in Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department as well.
8. T L Satyaprakash IAS (Haryana 2002), formerly holding multiple key positions including Chief Administrator of two departments namely Shaheri Vikas Pradhikaran, Panchkula and Housing Board, Haryana, as Director General of State Housing for All, Secretary Housing Department, and as CEO Drone Imaging & lnformation Systems of Haryana Ltd. (DRIISHYA) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary Mines & Geology Department, Haryana. Additionally, he will continue with his role as Chief Administrator of Haryana Shaheri Vikas Pradhikaran, Panchkula, and is now the CEO of Drone Imaging & Information Systems of Haryana Ltd. (DRIISHYA).
9. Mohammed Shayin IAS (Haryana 2002), who held the positions of Managing Director at Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd., Director General of Supplies & Disposals, Haryana, and Secretary Energy Department, Haryana has been transferred and posted as Commissioner & Secretary Housing for All Department, in addition he will to continue to be the Managing Director of Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd. and Director General of Supplies & Disposals, Haryana.
10. Sanjay Joon IAS (Haryana 2003), presently Managing Director of Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills, Secretary and Director General of Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare Haryana, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Faridabad Division, Faridabad. He will continue to be the Secretary and Director General of Sainik & Ardh Sainik Welfare, Haryana.
11. Sanjeev Verma IAS (Haryana 2004), presently serving as the Commissioner of Rohtak Division and Managing Director of Haryana Backward Classes & Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Niqam, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director Haryana Women Development Corporation Ltd. He will continue to be the Commissioner of Rohtak Division.
12. Anita Yadav IAS (Haryana 2004), formerly serving as the Additional Chief Executive Officer Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Faridabad, has been transferred to the position of Managing Director at Haryana Backward Classes & Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam.
13. Saket Kumar IAS (Haryana 2005), presently the Managing Director at Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam Ltd., Secretary and Director General Medical Education & Research, Haryana, has been transferred and posted as Secretary Energy Department, Haryana. He will continue to be the Managing Director at Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam Ltd., and as Secretary and Director General Medical Education & Research, Haryana
14. J Ganesan IAS (Haryana 2006), currently holding the positions of Managing Director at HAFED, HARTRON, and Haryana International Horticultural Marketing Corporation in Ganaur, has been transferred and posted as Director General Housing for All, Haryana, Secretary Haryana, Housing Department, and Chief Administrator Housing Board, Haryana, in addition to his existing responsibilities.
15. Rajnarayan Kaushik IAS (Haryana 2010), presently serving as the Director Agriculture, Haryana, has been reassigned to take on the role of Managing Director Haryana Seeds Development Corporation, alongside his current duties.
16. Narhari Singh Banger IAS (Haryana 2011), who is currently serving as both the District Municipal Commissioner and Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation in Gurugram, has been transferred to the position of Secretary at the Haryana Human Rights Commission. He will be managing this role in addition to his existing duties.
17. Ajay Singh Tomar IAS (Haryana 2012), currently serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Fatehabad, has been transferred and appointed as the Special Secretary and Director Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Department.
18. Ram Kumar Singh IAS (Haryana 2012), who is presently holding the position of Special Secretary in two departments of the state namely, Revenue & Disaster Management and Irrigation & Water Resources Department as well as Managing Director HSMITC, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner in Sirsa.
19. Parth Gupta IAS (Haryana 2013), presently posted as Deputy Commissioner of Sirsa, Haryana has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Executive Officer Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Faridabad, Haryana.
20. Ajay Kumar IAS (Haryana 2013), presently Deputy Commissioner Rohtak, has been transferred and posted as  District Municipal Commissioner, Rohtak and Commissioner Municipal Corporation of Rohtak, in addition to his current responsibilities.
21. Pradeep Dahiya IAS (Haryana 2013), currently holding multiple roles as District Municipal Commissioner, Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, Administrator of HSVP, and Additional Director of Urban Estate in Hisar, has been transferred and assigned the position of Deputy Commissioner Hisar, alongside his existing responsibilities.
22. Anish Yadav IAS (Haryana 2014), presently Deputy Commissioner Karnal and also holding positions as Chief Executive Officer Karnal Smart City Ltd., Additional CEO of Drone Imaging & Information Systems of Haryana Ltd. (DRIISHYA), has been transferred and posted as Managing Director Haryana Medical Services Corporation Ltd. and Managing Director Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills.
23. Uttam Singh IAS (Haryana 2015), currently Deputy Commissioner Hisar, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Karnal, Chief Executive Officer Karnal Smart City Ltd., and Additional CEO of Drone Imaging & Information Systems of Haryana Ltd. (DRIISHYA).
24. Rahul Narwal IAS (HY:2016), the current District Municipal Commissioner and Commissioner of Municipal Corporation in Panipat, has been transferred to the position of Deputy Commissioner in Fatehabad, Haryana.
25. Dr Harish Kumar Vashishth IAS (HY:2016),presently Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Panchkula, has been transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Jind, Haryana.
26. Sahil Gupta IAS (HY:2017), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer in Jind, has been transferred and posted as District Municipal Commissioner and Commissioner of Municipal Corporation, Panipat.
