Special Secretary Appointments at the Centre – Indian Bureaucracy News | The ACC has approved in-situ upgradation of the following officers to the level of Special Secretary in the rank and pay of Secretary to Government of India , the names of the officers are :

  1. Shri P Daniel IDES (1989) presently Secretary- Central Vigilance Commission transferred as Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission .
  2. Ms. Rashmi Chowdhary IRPS (1989) presently Secretary- Central Information Commission, Department of Personnel and Training transferred as Secretary- Central Information Commission, Department of Personnel and Training .
  3. Ms. A Neeraja IFoS (Uttar Pradesh 1990) presently Additional Secretary- Department of Fertilizers transferred as Special Secretary- Department of Fertilizers.
  4. Shri Shyam Bhagat Negi IPS (Himachal Pradesh 1990) presently Additional Secretary- Cabinet Secretariat (SR) transferred as Special Secretary- Cabinet Secretariat (SR).
