Indian Bureaucracy, Jammu and Kashmir, November 08, 2024| Following the swearing-in of Shri Omar Abdullah as the new Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, the state government has appointed four Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officers as Under Secretaries to the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. Dr Farukh Nasir Paul will now be Under Secretary of Media and Publicity for J&K Govt.
- Shri Farukh Nasir Paul JKAS, presently posted as Under Secretary, Labour & Employment Department, J&K, is transferred and appointed as Under Secretary – Media and Publicity, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, J&K.
- Shri Abhay Indu Sharma JKAS, presently posted as Under Secretary in the J&K Services Selection Board, is transferred and appointed as Under Secretary – Chief Minister’s Secretariat, J&K.
- Shri Kashif Altaf Bhat JKAS, presently posted as Under Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, J&K, is transferred and appointed as Under Secretary – Chief Minister’s Secretariat, J&K.
- Shri Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone JKAS, presently posted in the Revenue Department, J&K, is transferred and appointed as Under Secretary – Chief Minister’s Secretariat, J&K.
