Assam IAS Transfers – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Assam Govt has shifted 4 IAS Officers across the state with immediate with Adil Khan IAS (2011) presently DC- Bongaigaon being transferred as Commissioner of Transport- Assam also holding post of State Project Director- Assam Inland Water Transport Development Society , Oinam Sarankumar Singh IAS (2012) presently DC- Tinsukia being now posted as MD- Assam Industrial Development Corporation Limited (AIDC), Dr. Sadnek Singh IAS (2014) presently Additional DC- Kamrup (Metro) now posted as DC- Bongaigaon, while Virendra Mittal IAS (2007) presently Commissioner of Transport, State Project Director -Assam Inland Water Transport Development Society and MD- AIDC will be going as in Ministry of Food Processing Industries, GoI for appointment as PS to Minister of State for Food Processing Industries (Shri Rameswar Teli) at the level of Dy Secretary for a period of 5 (five) years.
