Four IAS transfers in Delhi Govt – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Delhi Govt has shifted 4 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers across the state with Rinku Dhugga IAS (1994) presently MD-Delhi Khadi and Village Industries Board (DKVIB) is now posted as Secretary- Land & Building, Delhi Govt, J P Agrawal IAS ( 2004) presently Secretary- Land & Building posted as MD- Delhi Khadi & Village Industries Board (DKVIB), Delhi Govt, H P S Sran IAS (2007) presently Special Secretary- Vigilance holding additional charges of Special Secretary- Women and Child Development (WCD) and Director- DAM & VC -DAMB relieved of additional charge of Special Secretary – WCB while Harleen Kaur IAS ( 2012) presently Special Secretary- PWD is now posted as Special Secretary- Services with additional charge of Special Secretary- PWD and Secretary- Sahitya Kala Parishad, Delhi Govt.
