1. Smt Seema Jain IAS (1991) presently Additional Chief Secretary, Technical Education, and Industrial Training, given additional charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary, School Education, Punjab .
2. Shri Kumar Anugreh Prasad Sinha IAS (1992) presently Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Rehabilitation given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Famer’s Welfare, Horticulture and Soil and Water Conservation.
3. Shri Anurag Verma IAS (1993) presently Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Legal and Legislative Affairs given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Information Technology and Investment Promotion.
4. Ms Jaspreet Talwar IAS (1995) presently Principal Secretary, Higher Education, and Languages with additional charge of Principal Secretary, School Education transferred as Principal Secretary, Higher Education, and Languages with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Employment Generation, and Training.
5. Shri Dilip Kumar IAS (1995) presently Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Information Technology, and Investment Promotion transferred as Principal Secretary, NRI Affairs.
