2. Shri Vijay Kumar Janjua IAS (1989) Special Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Rehabilitation transferred as Special Chief  Secretary- Jails , Punjab .
3. Shri Anurag Agarwal IAS (1990) presently Additional Chief  Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Cooperation transferred as  Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner,        Revenue and Rehabilitation.
4. Shri A Venu Prasad IAS (1991) Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister, Punjab and in addition Additional Chief Secretary,  Parliamentary  Affairs  and  in addition Chairman-cum-Managing Director,
