The 30th Annual General Meeting of POWERGRID was held at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi. CMD addressed the shareholders and apprised them about the achievements and future plans of the company. CMD said, “The total dividend payout thus works to ₹8.33 per share as against ₹5.25 per share paid in 2017-18, and is the highest dividend ever declared by your Company”
