- Shri Vivek Kumar IAS ( 1990) presently Principal Secretary- Health and Family Welfare Department transferred as Principal Secretary- Environment Department .
- Shri Narayan Swaroop Nigam IAS ( 1998) presently Secretary- Transport Department transferred as Secretary- Health and Family Welfare Department .
- Shri Prabhat Kumar Mishra IAS ( 1993) presently Principal Secretary- Environment and WRI & D Department transferred as Principal Secretary Transport Department with additional charges of WRI & D Department and Project Director ADMI Project.
