Joint Secretary Appointments – 21 Bureaucrats Appointed at the Centre | The ACC has approved the appointments of 21 Officers at Joint Secretary / Joint Secretary equivalent level with pay at Level 14 with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :

  1. Ms. Anjali Sinha IRSME (1997) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  2. Ms. Bhavna Saxena IPS (Andhra Pradesh 1996) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years .
  3. Shri Binod Kumar ICAS (1993) has been appointed as  Secretary, National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) under the Ministry of AYUSH, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of his superannuation on 31/01/2025 .
  4. Ms. Indra Mallo IAS (Maharashtra 1999)  has been appointed as Joint Secretary, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention (NACWC) under the Cabinet Secretariat, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 27/02/2027 .
  5. Shri Anand Kumar Jha IFoS (Andhra Pradesh 1992) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation  for a tenure of five years .
  6. Shri Krishan Kumar Singh IRSSE (1997) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology , from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  7. Shri Akhilesh Misra IRSME (1995) has been appointed as ED (Personnel), Food Corporation of India (FCI), Hqrs under the Department of Food & Public Distribution, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  8. Shri Madhukar Kumar Bhagat IRS (IT) (1995)  has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  9. Ms. Meera Srivastava IRS (IT) (1999) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  10. Shri Arvind Kumar CSS has been appointed as Secretary, National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Profession (NCAHP) under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure upto his superannuation on 30/04/2025 .
  11. Ms. Sreyasi Chaudhuri CSS has been appointed as FA, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure upto her superannuation on 30/11/2026 .
  12. Ms. Sumita Singh CSS has been appointed as Advisor, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  13. Shri Dhrubajyoti Sengupta IRAS (1999) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  14. Ms. Yashashri Shukla IP&TA&FS (1996) has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) under the Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  15. Shri Kumar Sanjay Bariar IP&TA&FS (1993) has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) under the Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years .
  16. Shri Krishan Kumar IAS (Odisha 2002) has been appointed as MD, National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL) under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 08/03/2027 .
  17. Shri Shreeshail Malge IRAS (2002) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  18. Shri Shailendra Kumar ICAS (1999) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Inquiry Commission into whether Dalit converts to religions other than Sikhism or Budhhism should get Scheduled Caste status, under the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
  19. Shri Rajeev Kumar Tiwari IFoS (JK 1993) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) under the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for overall tenure of five years .
  20. Shri Apparao Veerelli IRSS (1993) has been appointed as CEO, Development & Welfare Board for Denotified Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Communities (DWBDNCs) under the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure upto the date of his superannuation on 31/08/2028 .
  21. Shri Devendra Kumar Rai IDAS (2000) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Telecommunications, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years .
