19 IAS of West Bengal promoted to Selection Grade Scale

The Governor of West Bengal is pleased to appoint on promotion of 19 IAS Officers to Selection Grade Scale of Pay (Level 13 of the 7th CPC)), with effect from 01.01.2019:

2. Shri Tanmay Chakrabarty IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently MD, WB Tourism Development Corporation, has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
3. Smt. Antara Acharya IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently DM, North 24-Parganas, has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
4. Shri Sharad Kumar Dwivedi IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently Joint Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department , has been promoted to  Selection Grade as Additional Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department West Bengal Government.
5. Dr. P Ulaganathan IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently DM, Murshidabad DM, Murshidabad, has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
6. Dr. (Smt.) Rashmi Kamal IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently DM, Purba Medinipur, has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
7. Shri Y Ratnakara Rao IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently DM, South 24-Parganas , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
8. Smt. Madhumita Sinha Roy IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently Director, Social Welfare, West Bengal , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
9. Shri Sailes Mukhopadhyay IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently State Editor, District Gazetteers, West Bengal , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
10. Smt. Mausumi Guha Roy IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently Commissioner in L&LR and RR&R Department , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
11. Shri Mashir Alam IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently Commissioner in Food and Supplies Department , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, as Additional Secretary, Food and Supplies Department, West Bengal Government.

13. Shri Amit Chaudhuri IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently OCW , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
14. Shri Tapas Chowdhury IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently Special Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
15. Shri Golam H O Rahman IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently Commissioner in MA&ME Department , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, as Additional Secretary, MA&ME Department,West Bengal Government.
16. Shri Swarup Kumar Paul IAS (West Bengal 2006) presently Director of Library Services , has been promoted to  Selection Grade, West Bengal Government.
