Jharkhand Transfers | 18 IAS Reshuffle in Jharkhand– The Jharkhand Govt has shifted 18 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :

1. Shri Rajesh Kumar Sharma IAS (Jharkhand 2003) presently Secretary- Transport Department with additional charge Transport Commissioner transferred as Secretary- Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development.
2. Shri Ajoy Kumar Singh IAS (Jharkhand 1995) presently Rural Work Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary- Finance given additional charge of Panchayat Raj Department.
3. Shri Prawin Kumar Toppo IAS (Jharkhand 2003) presently Secretary- Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development with additional charge of Labour Commissioner transferred as Divisional Commissioner, South Chotanagpur Division, Ranchi.
4. Shri K Srinivasan IAS (Jharkhand 2005) presently Secretary, Scheduled Tribes, Schedule Castes, Minorities and Backward Classes Department given additional charges of Secretary- Transport Department and Labour Commissioner.
5. Shri Kamleshwar Prasad Singh IAS (Jharkhand 2008) presently Excise Commissioner with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Beverage Corporation, Ranchi transferred as Special Secretary, Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development.
6. Shri Mukesh Kumar IAS (Jharkhand 2009) presently Tribal Welfare Commissioner with additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority transferred as Director, Sri Krishna Institue of Public Administration, Ranchi with additional charges of Director, Information and Public Relation Department and Vice Chairman, Ranchi Regional Development Authority.
7. Shri Uma Shankar Singh IAS (Jharkhand 2009) presently Land Acquisition, Land Records and Measurement Department with additional charges of Special Secretary, Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms and IG, Prison given additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, JAP IT.
8. Dr Neha Arora IAS (Jharkhand 2012) presently Director, Planning and Training with additional charges of Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission, Ranchi and Administrator, Jharkhand State Cooperative Bank Limited, Ranchi transferred as Additional Secretary- Drinking Water & Sanitation Department with additional charge of Project Director- Neer Nirmal Pariyojana.
9. Shri Sanjeev Kumar Besra IAS (Jharkhand 2012) presently Additional Secretary, Planning and Development Department transferred as Labour Commissioner with additional charge of Director, Planning and Training (Labour, Planning and Training Department).
10. Shri Karn Satyarthi IAS (Jharkhand 2016) presently DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Dumka transferred as Excise Commissioner with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Beverage Corporation.
11. Ms Garima Singh IAS (Jharkhand 2016) presently DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Lohardaga transferred as Director- Higher Education with additional charge of Director, Technical Education.
12. Shri Vishal Sagar IAS (Jharkhand 2016) presently DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Ranchi transferred as Director, Information Technology with additional charges of Director, Jharkhand Space Application Centre (JSAC) and CEO- Jharkhand Communication Network Limited.
13. Shri Lokesh Mishra IAS (Jharkhand 2016) presently DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Kodarma transferred as Tribal Affairs Commissioner with additional charges of Project Director- Jharkhand Tribal Development Society and MD- Scheduled Castes Cooperative Development Corporation.
14. Shri Abhijeet Sinha IAS (Jharkhand 2018) presently Joint Secretary, School Education and Literacy Department with additional charge of MD, Jharkhand Medical and Health Infrastructure Development and Procurement Corporation Limited.
15. Shri Rituraj IAS (Jharkhand 2018) presently Joint Secretary, Labour, Planning, Training and Skill Development Department transferred as DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Kodarma.
16. Smt Sameera S IAS (Jharkhand 2018) presently Commissioner, Medininagar Municipal Corporation transferred as DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Lohardaga.
17. Shri Ravi Anand IAS (Jharkhand 2018) presently Joint Secretary, Scheduled Tribes, Schedule Castes, Minorities and Backward Classes Department transferred as DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Palamu with additional charge of City Commissioner, Medininagar Municipal Corporation.
18. Shri Dinesh Kumar Yadav IAS (Jharkhand 2018) presently Joint Secretary, Drinking Water and Sanitation Department transferred as DDC-cum-CEO, Zila Parishad, Ranchi.
