16 IAS reshuffle in Punjab Bureaucracy – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Punjab Govt has shifted 15 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect , the names of the officers are :

1. Shri Priyank Bharti IAS (2001), Secretary, Technical Education & Industrial Training transferred as Secretary, Public Works Department (Building and Roads).
2. Shri Devinder Pal Singh Kharbanda IAS (2007), Director, Technical Eduaction & Industrial Training with additional charge of Director, Mines & Geology transferred as Secretary, Technical Eduaction & Industrial Training with additional charge of the posts of Director, Technical Eduaction & Industrial Training and CEO, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion.
3. Shri Amarpal Singh IAS (2008) appointed as Special Secretary, Revenue & Rehabilitation with additional charge of Director, Higher Education, Punjab.
4. Shri Varinder Kumar Sharma IAS (2009), Special Secretary, Home Affairs & Justice with additional charge of Secretary, Punjab Human Rights Commission, and Nodal Officer, Anti-Drug Abuse Campaign (Department of Home) given additional charge of Director, Tourism and Cultural Affairs.
5. Shri Devinder Singh IAS (2010), MD, The Punjab State Cooperative Bank Ltd., has been given additional charge of the posts of Member Secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission, and Member Secretary, Punjab State Backward Classes Commission.
6. Smt Deepti Uppal IAS (2011), DG, Employment Generation & Training with additional charge of Mission Director, Punjab Skill Development Mission transferred as Joint Managing Director-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company.
7. Smt Shena Aggarwal IAS (2012), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana transferred as Special Secretary, Social Security, and Women & Child Development.
8. Shri Sanyam Aggarwal IAS (2012), Joint Managing Director-cum-CEO, Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company transferred as Special Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
9. Smt Baldeep Kaur IAS (2012) Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran transferred as Special Secretary, Personnel with additional charge of the posts of Special Secretary, Vigilance and MD, PSIEC.
10. Shri Sandeep Kumar IAS (2015) Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural Development), Ludhiana transferred as Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran.
11. Shri Abhijeet Kaplish IAS (2015) presently available for posting now posted as Director, Mines & Geology.
12. Shri Sandeep Rishi IAS (2015), Available for posting now posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana.
13. Shri Amit Kumar Panchal IAS (2016) Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural Development), Fazilka transferred as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Phagwara with additional charge of Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Phagwara.
14. Shri Aditya Dachalwal IAS (2016) Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana transferred as Additional Secretary, NRI Affairs.
15. Shri Parminder Pal Singh IAS (2016) Member Secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and Member Secretary, Punjab State Backward Classes Commission transferred as Managing Director, PUNCOM with additional charge of ED, BACKFINCO.
