3. Shri W Honje Konyak NCS presently Additional Secretary, Works & Housing on promotion transferred as Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies.
4. Shri Wezope Kenye NCS  presently Additional Secretary, H&FW on promotion is retained as Secretary, H&FW.
