14 Punjab IPS Reshuffle – Indian Bureaucracy Recap | The Punjab Govt has shifted 14 Indian Police Service Officers across the state with Gurpreet Kaur Deo IPS (1993) presently ADGP- CAD  with additional charge of Women & Child Affairs also given additional charge of ADGP -Internal Vigilance Cell, Jitendra Kumar Jain IPS (1993) presently ADGP- PSPCL, Patiala given additional charge of ADGP- Policy and Rules and SOG Training (Patiala),  B Chandra Sekhar IPS (1994) presently ADGP- Crime with additional  charge of ADGP- IVC, Punjab given additional charge of STF,  Mohd Faiyaz Farooqui IPS (1995) presently IGP PAP-II, Jalandhar with additional charge of IGP- Disaster Management given additional charge of IG- Anti-Riot Police (ARP) and Naunihal Singh IPS (1997) presently IGP- Jalandhar Range now transferred as IGP- Ludhiana Range, Punjab .

Jaskaran Singh IPS (1997) presently IGP- Ludhiana range transferred as IGP- Bathinda range, Bathinda, Arun Kumar Mittal IPS (1999) presently IGP- Legal Affairs with additional charge as IGP- Bathinda Range transferred as IGP-  HQ,  Kaustubh Sharma IPS (2001) presently IGP- STF, Punjab transferred as IGP- Faridkot range, Gursharan Singh Sandhu IPS (2001) presently IGP- Personnel with additional charge as IGP- Hqrs transferred as IGP- Provisioning,  Surinder Kumar Kalia IPS (2002) presently DIG- Admn, PAP, Jalandhar with additional charge as DIG- Admn, CDO, BHG, PTL posted as IGP- PAP-II , Jalandhar  , Pradeep Kumar Yadav IPS (2002) presently DIG- Technical Services with additional charge as DIG- Training, CPO  promoted as IGP –  Technical Services while Ranbir Singh Khatra IPS (2003) presently DIG-PAP, Jalandhar with additional charge as DIG- CI, Punjab , SAS Nagar is now transferred as DIG- Jalandhar, Range, Punjab,  Patil Ketan Baliram IPS (2010) presently AIG- CI, ASR with additional charge as Commandant- 9th Bn. PAP, Amritsar given additional charge as AIG- SSOC, Amritsar and  Sukhminder Singh IPS (2008) presently AIG- SSOC, Amritsar with additional charge as AIG- Special Task Force, Amritsar, AIG- OCCU, Amritsar is now transferred as Commandant- 9th Bn PAP, Amritsar.
