Kashmir Administrative Service Transfers – KAS Movements in Indian Bureaucracy | The J&K Govt has shifted 12 KAS Officers across the state with Naresh Kumar KAS, Deputy Secretary – PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department is now transferred as SDM- Ramnagar also holding the additional charge of the post of Sub Registrar, Ramnagar, Vivek Modi KAS, Deputy Secretary – Tribal Affairs Department is now posted as SDM- Basantgarh also holding the additional charge of the post of Sub-Registrar, Basantgarh, Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Raina KAS, Deputy Secretary- Public Works (R&B) Department is now transferred Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K, Shahid Mehmood KAS, Deputy Director, Employment (Central), J&K, is transferred as Deputy Secretary – Public Works (R&B) Department, Mohammad Rashid KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD is posted as Deputy Director, Employment (Central), J&K while Jaffar Hussain Sheikh Jr. KAS, Under Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary is transferred as Under Secretary in the Technical Education Department (skill Development Mission).
Dr. Farukh Nasir Paul Jr KAS, Under Secretary in the Technical Education Department (Skill Development Mission) is now transferred as Under Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary, Hakim Tanveer Ahmad KAS, SDM- Kangan, shall hold the charge of Sub Registrar, Kangan, in addition to his own duties, Mohammad Jahangir Khanday KAS, SDM- to hold the charge of Sub Registrar, Bijbehara, Aijaz Ahmad Wadoo KAS, SDM- Beerwah shall hold the charge of Sub Registrar, Beerwah, Ramkesh Sharma KAS SDM- Ghagwal, while Mukhtar Ahmad KAS SDM- Thanamandi, shall hold the charge of Sub-Registrar, Thanamandi till further orders.
