10 IAS transfers in Odisha | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive – The Odisha Govt has reshuffled 10 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Officers across the state with Raj Kumar Sharma IAS (1987) presently Agriculture Production Commissioner- Odisha, posted as the ACS-  Health & Family Welfare Dept, Odisha and shall also hold additional charge of Chairman- OSMCL, Sanjeev Chopra IAS (1990) presently ACS- Home Dept, Odisha, posted as Agriculture Production Commissioner- Odisha also holding additional charge of Home Dept and A&FE Dept , Madhu Sudan Padhi IAS (1991) presently Principal Secretary – Commerce & Transport Dept , Odisha, Bhubaneswar posted as Secretary –  Odia Language, Literature and Culture Dept while Satyabrata Sahu IAS (1991) presently Principal Secretary – MSME Dept., Odisha, Bhubaneswar  is now posted as Secretary -Revenue and Disaster Management, Odisha.
