21 IAS Reshuffle in UP | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive – In a Major Indian Bureaucratic Reshuffle, the UP Govt has transferred 21 IAS Officers including 9 DMs  in Ballia, Basti, Lucknow, Firozabad, Aligarh,  Etawah, Jalaun, Kanpur Nagar and Gorakhpur. The Full list of the officers are :

1. Shri Krishna Karunesh IAS ( 2011) presently Vice Chairman- Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad transferred as  DM & Collector- Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Shri Surya Pal Gangwar IAS ( 2009) presently DM & Collector- Firozabad transferred as  DM & Collector- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Shri Vishak G IAS ( 2011) presently Special Secretary to CM ,  UP transferred as  DM & Collector- Kanpur Nagar,  Uttar Pradesh.
4. Smt. Saumya Agarwal IAS ( 2011) presently DM & Collector- Basti transferred as DM & Collector- Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
5. Shri Indra Vikram Singh IAS ( 2010) presently  DM & Collector- Ballia transferred as DM & Collector- Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh .
6. Ms. Priyanka Niranjan IAS ( 2013) presently DM & Collector- Jalaun transferred as DM & Collector- Basti, Uttar Pradesh .
7. Smt. Chandni Singh IAS ( 2013) presently awaiting for posting now appointed as  DM & Collector- Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh .
8. Shri Avanish Kumar Rai IAS (2014) presently  Municipal Commissioner-Nagar Nigam, Jhansi transferred as  DM & Collector- Etawah, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Shri Ravi Ranjan IAS ( 2014) presently Municipal Commissioner- Nagar Nigam, Prayagraj transferred as DM & Collector- Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh.
10. Shri Bhawani Singh Khangarot IAS ( 2010) presently Special Secretary- Energy Dept, UP and Director- Non-Conventional Energy transferred as MD-  Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd. Lucknow (MVVNL), Lucknow.
11. Smt. Anamika Singh IAS ( 2004) presently  Secretary, Basic Education Deptt., Govt. of UP, SPD, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan and Director, Mid Day Meal Authority , has been transferred and posted as Secretary- Women Welfare & Child Development Deptt. Govt. of UP.
12. Shri Abhishek Prakash IAS ( 2006) presently DM & Collector – Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as Infrastructure & Industries Development Deptt and CVO- Invest UP.
13. Shri Vijay Kiran Anand IAS ( 2009) presently DM & Collector- Gorakhpur and Mela Adhikari,  Kumbh, has been transferred and posted as  Special Secretary, Basic Education Deppt., Govt. of UP, SPD, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan and Director, Mid Day Meal Authority with additional charge of Mela Adhikari,  Kumbh.
14. Shri Anupam Shukla IAS ( 2016) presently Chief Development Officer- Jaunpur, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Energy and Additional Sources Of Energy Deptt and Director- UP NEDA (UP Non- Conventional Energy Development Agency), Govt. of UP.
15. Shri Seelam Sai Teja IAS ( 2018) presently Joint Magistrate- Maharajganj, has been transferred and posted as Chief Development Officer- Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh.
16. Smt. Selva Kumari J IAS ( 2006) presently  DM & Collector- Aligarh , has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
17. Smt Shruti Singh IAS ( 2006) presently DM & Collector- Etawah , has been transferred and posted as Secretary to Govt of UP, Medical Health Department and Director General- Medical Health, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
18. Smt. Neha Sharma IAS ( 2010) presently DM & Collector- Kanpur Nagar, has been transferred and posted as Director, Local Bodies, Uttar Pradesh .
19. Smt. Shakuntala Gautam IAS ( 2006) presently Director, Local Bodies UP , has been transferred and posted as Labour Commissioner- kanpur, Uttar Pradesh .
20. Shri R Ramesh Kumar IAS ( 1995) presently Commissioner, Bareilly Division, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Silk Department, Uttar Pradesh .
21. Shri Rakesh Kumar Singh II IAS ( 2010) presently DM & Collector Ghaziabad, , has been given Additional charge as Vice Chairman, Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
