Shri Yogesh Kumar IAS (Haryana 2018), presently serving as Secretary, HAFED, Panchkula, with additional charge of Additional Director (Administration), Hospitality, Haryana, has been transferred and appointed as Commissioner – Municipal Corporation, Karnal, with additional charge of District Municipal Commissioner, Karnal, Haryana.
Shri Yogesh Kumar is regarded as a capable and grounded officer with experience in cooperative institutions, administration, and public service delivery. As Secretary, HAFED, he played an important role in strengthening cooperative governance, overseeing procurement-related processes, and ensuring administrative discipline in a key state institution. His additional charge in the Hospitality Department further added to his exposure in administrative management and coordination.
