Ms. Yashoda Bhandari IAS (Sikkim 2005), has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operations(DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration(DCR) (Director level), Sikkim under the Central Staffing Scheme on additional charge basis w.e.f. the date of taking over charge of the post and for a period upto 31.07.2024.
