Shri Vinay Singh IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2015), presently Director, Horticulture, Himachal Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Managing Director (MD) – HP Horticultural Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation (HPMC), Shimla, with additional charge of MD – HP Agro Industries Corporation Limited, and MD – HP Agro Industrial Packaging India Limited .
