Ms. Vinakshi Gupta IDAS (1992), has been appointed as Additional Secretary (JS level), Union Public Service Commission(UPSC), Department of Personnel & Training, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Shri R. K. Sinha IDAS(1991).
