Shri Vikas Kundal IAS (Jammu & Kashmir 2013) presently Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Metropolitan Regulatory Authority, Srinagar. He shall also hold additional charge as Chief Executive Officer, J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency.
