Shri Vijay Bhasker Reddy IAS  (Assam- Meghalaya 2014) is presently under training in Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Administration(LBSNAA). His proposal of Inter cadre transfer on the basis of PH Policy has been approved by Competent Authority, GOI.
