HUDCO observed the Vigilance Awareness Week from 26th October to 31st October, 2015. As part of the week long programme, an on- the -spot essay competition was organized amongst the officials of HUDCO Corporate Office on the topics including the theme of the Week i.e. ‘Preventive Vigilance as a tool for Good Governance’ declared by the CVC which was well participated by the officials and two of the entries were adjudged for 1st and 2nd Prize in both Hindi and English. The observance of the Week was concluded by organizing a valedictory function which was presided over by Dr. M. Ravi Kanth, CMD, HUDCO in the presence of Shri PRK Naidu, CVO and Shri R.K. Arora, Director (Finance). Shri P R K Naidu, CVO, HUDCO while addressing the gathering emphasized the need for preventive vigilance and creating a corruption free environment in the organization. Apart from giving away the prizes to the winners of essay competition, CMD in his valedictory address highlighted the activities organized during the week and applauded the efforts made by all officials to make the Week a grand success. On the occasion, in commemoration of birth centenary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, CMD administered pledge for ‘RASTRIYA EKTA DIWAS’ to all officials of HUDCO.
