Vigilance Awareness Week 2019 commenced at Airports Authority of India, Regional Headquarters-Northern Region, with Lighting of Lamp by Sh. M. Suresh, Regional Executive Director-Northern Region at 11.00AM on 28.10.2019. Integrity pledge administrated by Sh. Suresh in the presence of Smt. Amita Verma, Jt. GM (Vigilance)-NR, other General Managers and HODs to all the employees of RHQ-NR at Reception Area, Operational Offices, New Delhi. The Integrity pledge was displayed on screen while being administrated. All were made aware of the theme of Vigilance Awareness Week – 2019 i.e“Integrity- A way of life (ईमानदारी एक जीवन शैली)” and various activities being conducted during vigilance awareness week on this theme.
During this week, activities such as Poster making/Slogan writing competition, Essay Writing competition and Quiz shall be conducted at Regional Headquarters, Northern Region for employees and their families. Apart from these; one day workshop has been organised wherein Sh. J.K. Khanna, IPS, D. G. (Police)-Rtd. has been invited for delivering a lecture to apprise employees on the Concept and Role of Independent External Monitors (IEMs). E-Pledge counter will be set up at Reception Area, RHQ (NR), Rangpuri, New Delhi for taking e-pledge by Employees and Citizens. Outreach activities such as Essay competition/debate/poster making etc. shall be conducted by RHQ-NR for the students in school and colleges.
