Ms. Vaishali R IAS (Gujarat 2023) has been transferred from Gujarat Cadre to Andhra Pradesh Cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Pawar Swapnil Jagannath IAS (Andhra Pradesh 2023).
She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, and graduated from the University College of Medical & Dental with first-class honors. She joined the All India Services on December 5, 2021.
