Ms. V Usharani IAS (Andhra Pradesh 1995) presently DG, National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad has been given an extension in additional charge as Director General (DG), National Institute of Plant Health Management (NIPHM) for a period of 06 months w.e.f. 24.05.2016.
