Uttarakhand is celebrating its 18th Foundation Day. It became a state of the Union, after separation from Uttar Pradesh. President Ram Nath Kovind has greeted the people of the state on this occasion. In a tweet, Mr Kovind hoped that the state will continue to prosper and develop in the years to come.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also greeted people of Uttarakhand.In a tweet, Mr Modi hoped the state which is a confluence of nature, progress and rich culture, will continue to set new records on the path of development.
