Shri Utsah Chaudhary IAS (Chhattisgarh 2018) has been given Inter cadre transfer from Chhattisgarh cadre to Rajasthan cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Shilpa Singh IAS (Rajasthan 2018), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, the Central Government.
