Indian Bureaucracy, Lucknow, September 01, 2025| The Home Department of Uttar Pradesh transferred eight IPS officers (31.08.2025) in a routine administrative reshuffle. Shri Ram Sewak Gautam IPS (2013 batch), previously SP of Shamli, now heads the Police Training School in Moradabad. Shri Arvind Mishra IPS (2015 batch), formerly SP of Kanpur Rural, takes charge of the Economic Offences Wing in Lucknow. Shri Ghanshyam IPS (2015 batch), ex-SP of Shravasti, moves to the Vigilance Establishment in Lucknow.

List of the transferred officers with their present and new postings is listed below.

  1. Shri Ram Sewak Gautam IPS (Uttar Pradesh 2013), presently Superintendent of Police (SP), Shamli, is transferred and appointed as SP – Police Training School, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
  2. Shri Arvind Mishra IPS (Uttar Pradesh 2015), presently Superintendent of Police (SP), Kanpur Rural, is transferred and appointed as SP – Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
  3. Shri Dhanshyam IPS (Uttar Pradesh 2015), presently Superintendent of Police (SP), Shravasti, is transferred and appointed as SP – Vigilance Establishment, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
  4. Smt Shraddha Narendra Pandey IPS (Uttar Pradesh 2017), presently Commandant, 38th Battalion PAC, Aligarh, is transferred and appointed as SP – Kanpur Rural, Uttar Pradesh.
  5. Shri Rahul Bhati IPS (Uttar Pradesh 2018), presently Superintendent of Police (SP), SSF, Lucknow, is transferred and appointed as SP – Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh.
  6. Shri Lakhan Singh Yadav IPS (Uttar Pradesh 2018), presently Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Police Commissionerate, Gautam Buddh Nagar, is transferred and appointed as Commandant – 38th Battalion PAC, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
  7. Shri Narendra Pratap Singh IPS (Uttar Pradesh NA), presently Superintendent of Police (SP), Baghpat, is transferred and appointed as SP – Shamli, Uttar Pradesh.
  8. Dr Praveen Ranjan Singh IPS (Uttar Pradesh), presently Additional Commissioner of Police (ACP), Police Commissionerate, Gautam Buddh Nagar, is appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) – Police Commissionerate, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
