Broadcasting and Cable Services Regulatory Framework Review | The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) previously issued a consultation paper on the “Review of Regulatory Framework for Broadcasting and Cable Services” on August 8, 2023. In response to stakeholder requests, TRAI extended the deadline for written comments to October 10, 2023, and counter-comments to October 25, 2023.
Due to additional requests from stakeholders, TRAI is further extending the deadline for counter-comments to November 1, 2023. No additional extensions will be granted. Stakeholders are encouraged to submit counter-comments electronically to [email protected] and [email protected].
