Smt T C A Kalyani ICAS (1991), who was last posted as Principal Chief Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, in the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG+) in May 2023, has assumed charge as Controller General of Accounts in the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance. She takes over the post in the Apex Scale (Level-17 of the Pay Matrix) with effect from 1 September 2025.
