He served as Special Secretary in the Energy Department of Uttar Pradesh, focusing on new and renewable energy initiatives, and as Managing Director of U.P. Jal Nigam in Lucknow, managing urban water infrastructure and development projects. At the state level in Nagaland, he has been entrusted with responsibilities as Secretary in the Agriculture and Finance Departments and as Commissioner and Secretary in the Soil & Water Conservation Department, overseeing agriculture, financial planning, and water resource management. He also handled disciplinary proceedings in the Department of Home Affairs, reflecting his versatility and governance capabilities.
