Shri Sushil Kumar IAS (Tripura 1987) re-designated as Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Tripura who are holding the IAS Apex Scale [Level 17 of the Pay Matrix], with effect from the date they were promoted to the IAS Apex Scale.
