Shri Suresh Chandra Former Law Secretary takes charge as Information Commissioner, Central Information Commission(CIC) by the Chief Information Commissioner, Shri Sudhir Bhargava. Shri Suresh Chandra an Indian Legal Service officer, retired as Union law Secretary this year and was also Private Secretary to the Law Minister Arun Jaitley between 2002 and 2004 .
