Subashini E IAS transferred as Project Director- KEIP
Ms. Subashini E IAS (West Bengal 2019) presently Joint Secretary- Office of the
Chief Secretary (P&AR Department), Government of West Bengal has been transferred and posted as Project Director- KEIP with additional charge of Joint Municipal Commissioner- Kolkata Municipal Corporation.
Ms Subashini E IAS is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the West Bengal cadre, known for her commitment to efficient public administration and grassroots governance. An engineering graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Annamalai University, she combines technical expertise with administrative acumen in her public service career.
She is currently serving as Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Hooghly, a position she assumed on 29 March 2026. In this role, she assists the District Magistrate in overseeing district administration, implementation of government policies, land revenue management, development programmes, and coordination among various government departments. She also plays an important role in maintaining efficient public service delivery and ensuring effective implementation of welfare initiatives at the district level.
As a young IAS officer, Ms Subashini E represents the new generation of civil servants dedicated to responsive, transparent, and citizen-centric governance.
