Ms. Soorya Thankappan IPS (Odisha 2001) has been given inter cadre deputation from Odisha cadre to Kerala cadre for a period of three years, in relaxation of the condition of completion of mandatory cooling off period till 31.12.2019on the grounds of personal hardship of the officer.
