Dr. Soorya Thankapan IPS (Odisha 2001) presently IG of Police, Vigilance, Odisha, Cuttack is relieved of her duties from the parent cadre Odisha in order to enable her to join Kerala cadre of IPS on inter-cadre deputation for a period of three years.
