Additional Secy Empanelments at the Centre | The ACC has empanelled 6 IAS Officers for holding the Additional Secretary post at the Centre with Vipin Kumar IAS (Bihar 1996) , Dr Sharmila Mary Joseph IAS (Kerala 1997) , Maninder Kaur Dwivedi IAS (Chhattisgarh 1995) , Asheesh Sharma IAS (Maharashtra 1997) , Sunil Kumar Barnwal IAS (Jharkhand 1997) while Krishna Kumar Dwivedi IAS (Assam- Meghalaya 1996) are empanelled as Additional Secretary, Government of India.
