West Bengal Bureaucracy Transfers | The Mamata Govt in West Bengal has reshuffled 6 Indian Administratice Service (IAS) Officers from Indian Bureaucracy with immediate effect with Balasubramanian T IAS of 2013 batch currently posted as ADM- Jhargram being transferred as IG- Registration & Commissioner of Stamp Revenue and ex-officio Joint Secretary- Finance Dept, S A Baba IAS of 1988 batch presently ACS – Science & Technology and Biotechnology Department being transferred as OSD and ex-officio Additional Chief Secretary- Cabinet Secretariat at New Delhi , Barun Kumar Ray IAS of 1992 batch presently posted as Burdwan Division Commissioner with additional charge of OSD- CMO ( rank of Principal Secretary) in charge of Monitoring of Programme Implementation and Grievance Cell goes as Principal Secretary- Science & Technology and Biotechnology Department .
