- Shri Ravindra Telang IAS (Sikkim 1995) presently Additional Chief Secretary- Home Department with additional charge of Education Department transferred as Additional Chief Secretary- Education Department, Sikkim.
- Shri D Anandan IAS (Sikkim 2000) presently Commissioner-cum-Secretary- Health & Family Welfare Department transferred as Commissioner-cum-Secretary- Rural Development Department, Sikkim.
- Shri C S Rao IFS (Sikkim 1993) presently Principal Secretary- Rural Development Department transferred as Principal Secretary- Mines & Geology Department, Sikkim.
- Shri Tsewang Gyachho SCS presently Secretary- Social Welfare Department transferred as Secretary- Health & Family Welfare
Department, Sikkim. - Dr. A B Karki SCS presently District Collector- Mangan District under Land Revenue and DM Department transferred as Secretary- Social Welfare Department, Sikkim.
- Shri Sadan Kumar Tamang presently Principal Director- Horticulture Department transferred as Principal Director-cum-Secretary- Horticulture Department, Sikkim.
