Ms. Shubha Kumar IA&AS (1985) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Tuhin Kant Pandey IAS (Odisha 1987).
