Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has praised the achievement of shooters Ramita, Mehuli Ghosh, and Ashi Chouksey, who clinched the Silver Medal in the 10m Air Rifle Women’s team event at the Asian Games 2022. The 2023 Asian Games are taking place in Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China, spanning from September 23 to October 8, 2023. Originally slated for 2022 but postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this 15-day sporting extravaganza will showcase 40 different sports, bringing together Asia’s finest athletes in pursuit of prestigious titles and honors.
