Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of Shri Shobha Ram for promotion to the grade of Principal Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise for the vacancy year 2014-15 on notional basis w.e.f. the date of promotion of his immediate junior.
