Shri Shatrughna Singh IAS (Uttarakhand 1983) presently posted as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Commerce &Industry (DIPP) GOI, has been given a premature repatriation to his parent cadre. The Government of Uttarakhand  has written to the centre for need of officers as the state is suffering from shortage of officers.
