Shri Shalabh Tyagi IRSEE (1997) presently CVO- Oil India Ltd. (OIL), Delhi has been given the additional charge as CVO- Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC), Delhi for a period of six months .

A distinguished member of the 1997 batch (1996 exam batch) of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), he is an alumnus of the prestigious IIT Kharagpur, where he completed his graduation in Electrical Engineering.
